The UMVU 18W P Series is a wall-mount AC/DC adapter (18W class) for medical equipment equipped with a peak power function. It supports peak loads of up to 180% of the rated output for 1.5 seconds, meeting high instantaneous load demands such as during medical device startup. Compliant with the medical safety standard 60601-1 and supporting 2xMOPP (Means of Patient Protection). Available in nine types: UMVUU3018 P / UMVUL3018 P / UMVUE3018 P / UMVUZ3018 P / UMVUA3018 P / UMVUK3018 P / UMVUR3018 P / UMVUF3018 P / UMVUG3018 P.

Compliant with Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP / DoE) and equipped with standard protection circuits for short circuit, overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature. Peak current varies by model; for example, the 5.0V 3.0A model supports a peak of 5.1A, and the 12.0V 1.5A model supports a peak of 2.7A.
