The UMXRX 18W Series is an AC/DC adapter for medical devices (18W class) with interchangeable AC pins. Six types of interchangeable AC pins (UMXRL/UMXRZ/UMXRE/UMXRR/UMXRK/UMXRA) are available, allowing a single adapter unit to support outlet standards in multiple countries and regions. The AC pins can be mounted in four directions, preventing interference with adjacent outlets.
Compliant with the medical safety standard 60601-1 and supporting 2xMOPP (Means of Patient Protection). This medical adapter also meets Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE) and supports operation at altitudes up to 5,000m.

Six types of interchangeable AC pins (UMXRL/UMXRZ/UMXRE/UMXRR/UMXRK/UMXRA) are available, enabling a single adapter unit to support outlet standards in multiple countries and regions. Designed for four-direction mounting, the AC pins do not obstruct adjacent outlets. Excellent portability makes it ideal for highly mobile medical devices.
2) Compliant with medical standard 60601-1 and supports 2xMOPP
Compliant with the medical safety standard 60601-1 and supporting 2xMOPP (Means of Patient Protection) as a patient protection measure. Provides a high level of safety as an embedded power supply for medical devices.
3) Protection circuits (optional over-temperature protection)
Equipped as standard with short-circuit protection/overvoltage protection/overcurrent protection. In addition, over-temperature protection (Over Temperature Protection) is available as an option.
4) Supports operation at altitudes up to 5,000m
Supports operation at altitudes up to 5,000m, making it suitable for medical equipment used in high-altitude environments.
5) Energy efficiency (ErP/DoE Level VI)
Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE) compliant. Meets the requirements of EU ErP Regulation (Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1782) and DOE (10 CFR Part 429 and 430), with no-load power consumption of 0.1W.
6) EMC (Emissions)
Compliant with FCC Part18-B, EN(CISPR)55011-B, VCCI-B, and BS EN55011.
7) Immunity
