The UMVU 36W Series is a wall-mount AC/DC adapter (36W class) for medical equipment. It complies with the medical safety standard 60601-1 and supports 2xMOPP / 2xMOOP. Eight models are available: UMVUU3036 / UMVUZ3036 / UMVUE3036 / UMVUK3036 / UMVUA3036 / UMVUR3036 / UMVUG3036 / UMVUF3036, enabling global deployment of medical devices with plug configurations suited to each country's and region's power standards.
Compliant with Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP / DoE), as well as EU Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1782 and DOE 10 CFR Part 429 and 430. Equipped as standard with protection circuits for short circuit, overvoltage, and overcurrent (overtemperature protection available as an option). As an LPS (Limited Power Source) compliant power supply for medical equipment, it supports a wide output voltage lineup from 12.0V to 36.0V to meet diverse medical device requirements.

1) Compliant with Medical Standard 60601-1, Supports 2xMOPP / 2xMOOP
Compliant with the medical safety standard 60601-1 and also supports PSE Appendix 8. Supports 2xMOPP (Means of Patient Protection) and 2xMOOP (Means of Operator Protection) as measures for patient protection. Ensures protection for both patients and operators, providing high safety as an embedded power supply for medical equipment.

Available in eight types: UMVUU (Japan) / UMVUZ (EU) / UMVUE (UK) / UMVUK (Korea) / UMVUA (China) / UMVUR (Australia) / UMVUG / UMVUF. Selectable plug configurations according to each country's and region's power standards support medical device design for global markets.
3) Wide Output Voltage Lineup (12.0V to 36.0V)
Offers eight models: 12.0V 2.5A / 12.0V 3.0A / 15.0V 2.4A / 16.0V 2.2A / 18.0V 2.0A / 24.0V 1.5A / 35.0V 1.0A / 36.0V 1.0A. With high-efficiency design achieving average active efficiency of 86.95 to 87.40%, it meets diverse medical power requirements.
4) Energy Efficiency (ErP / DoE Level VI)
Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP / DoE) compliant, meeting EU Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1782 and DOE 10 CFR Part 429 and 430. High-efficiency design with no-load power consumption of 0.1W meets energy-saving requirements.
5) Protection Circuits and EMC Compliance
Equipped with short circuit protection / overvoltage protection / overcurrent protection, with overtemperature protection available as an option. For EMC standards, emissions comply with FCC Part18-B / EN (CISPR) 55011-B / VCCI-B / BS EN55011, and immunity complies with EN60601-1-2 / BS EN60601-1-2 (EN61000-4-2 / 4-3 / 4-4 / 4-5 / 4-6 / 4-8 / 4-11).
