The UMDV 65W P Series is a desktop-type AC/DC adapter (65W class) for medical equipment featuring a peak power function. It complies with the medical safety standard 60601-1 and CNS14336, and supports 2xMOPP (Means of Patient Protection). The lineup includes three types: UMDVI3065-XXXXXXPA, UMDVB3065-XXXXXXPA, and UMDVC3065-XXXXXXPA. As a desktop type with an AC inlet connection, it is suitable for stationary medical equipment.
The key feature is its peak power capability of up to 170% of rated output for 1 second. It ensures stable power supply for medical devices that generate inrush current at startup or require momentary high loads. It complies with Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE), EU Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1782, and DOE 10 CFR Part 429 and 430. It is equipped as standard with protection circuits for short circuit, overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature. An LED display is available as an option. With output voltage options ranging from 24.0V to 30.0V, it supports medium- to high-voltage medical equipment.

1) Peak Power Function (Up to 170% of Rated Output for 1 Second)
Equipped with a peak power function supporting up to 170% of rated output for 1 second. It ensures stable power supply for medical devices that generate inrush current at startup or require momentary high loads. Peak current supports 4.5A for the 24.0V model, 3.8A for the 28.0V model, and 3.6A for the 30.0V model (Duty 0.2).
2) Compliant with Medical Standard 60601-1 and 2xMOPP
Compliant with the medical safety standard 60601-1, and also supports CNS14336 and PSE Appendix 8. It supports 2xMOPP (Means of Patient Protection) as a patient protection measure. It provides a highly safe design as a built-in power supply for medical equipment.
3) Desktop Type, 3 Variants, LED Display (Optional)
Available in three variants: UMDVI3065 P, UMDVB3065 P, and UMDVC3065 P. Designed as a desktop type with AC inlet connection, it is suitable for medical equipment intended for stationary use. By selecting the appropriate AC cord, it can comply with power standards in various countries and regions. An LED display is also available as an option, allowing customization for improved operational visibility.
4) Energy Efficiency (ErP/DoE Level VI)
Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE) compliant, meeting EU Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1782 and DOE 10 CFR Part 429 and 430. With an average active efficiency of 88.00% and no-load power consumption of 0.21W, it delivers high-efficiency performance to meet energy-saving requirements.
5) Protection Circuits and EMC Compliance
Standard protection circuits include short circuit protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and overtemperature protection. For EMC standards, emissions comply with FCC Part18-B, EN(CISPR)55011-B, VCCI-B, CNS13438, and BS EN55011, and immunity complies with EN60601-1-2 and BS EN60601-1-2 (EN61000-4-2/4-3/4-4/4-5/4-6/4-8/4-11).
