The UM 6W Series is a wall-mount AC/DC adapter (6W class) for medical devices. It complies with the medical safety standard 60601-1 and supports 2xMOPP (Means of Patient Protection). Five types are available—UM305, UME305, UMK305, UMA305, and UMZ305—supporting global deployment of medical equipment with plug configurations tailored to the power standards of each country and region.

It complies with Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE) and comes standard with protection circuits for short circuit, overvoltage, and overcurrent. As a compact medical adapter compatible with LPS (Limited Power Source), it is widely used for home healthcare devices and compact clinical instruments.
