The UxOAT 45W P Series is an open-frame switching power supply (45W class with peak power support) designed for medical devices, home appliances, and I.C.T. equipment. It complies with multiple safety standards: 62368-1 (I.C.T.) / 60601-1 (medical) / 61558-1 and 60335-1 (home appliances). For medical applications, it also supports 2xMOPP (Means of Patient Protection). Its open-frame design for built-in applications allows integration into a wide range of equipment.

Its key feature is a peak power function that supports up to twice the rated current for 1 second under peak load conditions. With a compact PCB size of 2.7"x4.2", it ensures stable power supply for equipment that experiences high inrush current at startup or instantaneous heavy loads. It complies with Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE), EU Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1782, and DOE 10 CFR Part 429 and 430. LPS (Limited Power Source) compliant, it is available in four models ranging from 12.0V to 24.0V. It also conforms to the dust-proof requirements of PSE Appendix Table 8 and offers an optional 5-year power supply lifespan.

1) Peak Power Function (Up to 2x Rated Current for 1 Second)

Equipped with a peak power function that supports up to twice the rated current for 1 second under peak load conditions. It ensures stable power delivery for devices with high inrush current at startup or instantaneous heavy loads. Peak current specifications (Duty 0.2): 7.2A for the 12.0V model, 6.0A for the 15.0V model, 4.5A for the 19.0V model, and 3.8A for the 24.0V model.

2) Multi-Safety Standard Compliance (Medical/Home/I.C.T.)

A multi-standard design in which the applicable safety standard varies depending on the "x" in the model number. M = 60601-1 (medical devices), H = 61558-1 / 60335-1 (home appliances), N = 62368-1 / 60065-1 / 60950-1 (I.C.T. equipment). For medical devices, it supports 2xMOPP and complies with the dust-proof requirements of PSE Appendix Table 8 (based on the 100V standard). A single platform enables deployment across a wide range of applications.

3) Open-Frame Type and Compact PCB Design

Compact open-frame design with a PCB size of 2.7"x4.2" (approx. 67.5x106.0mm), ideal as a built-in power supply unit. Designed for embedded use, it allows board-to-board connection via input connector (CN1) and output connector (CN2). An optional 5-year power supply lifespan is available.

4) Energy Efficiency (ErP/DoE Level VI)

Complies with Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE), EU Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1782, and DOE 10 CFR Part 429 and 430. Energy-saving design compliant with LPS (Limited Power Source).

5) Protection Circuits and EMC Compliance

Equipped with short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection, and overcurrent protection as standard (overtemperature protection optional). For EMC standards, emissions comply with FCC Part15-B / FCC Part18-B / EN(CISPR)55032-B / EN(CISPR)55011-B / EN(CISPR)55014-B / BS EN 55032 / BS EN55011 / BS EN55014-1. Immunity compliance includes EN55035 / BS EN 55035 / EN60601-1-2 / BS EN60601-1-2 / EN55014-2 / BS EN55014-2 (EN61000-4-2 / 4-3 / 4-4 / 4-5 / 4-6 / 4-8 / 4-11), covering EMC requirements across medical, home appliance, and I.C.T. sectors.
