Equipped with various protection functions, compliant with multiple safety standards, supports CE marking, and can be used for mechatronics products and various industrial equipment with approximately twice the peak load capacity. Supports worldwide input from AC85V to AC264V and complies with IEC61000-3-2. In addition, we offer proposals for power supplies that precisely meet customer requirements through custom and semi-custom products based on the standard model. The UOHC 150W Series (UOHC3150) is an embedded AC-DC switching power supply (open frame/panel mount) designed for industrial devices. In addition to a design focused on stability, it is structured as a series with organized PFC, various protections, and EMC/EMI requirements.
Specifications include information that facilitates power supply selection and evaluation based on equipment operation conditions, such as peak output (conditional), full-range input (85–264Vac), and operation altitude up to 5,000m.

1) 150W-class Industrial Open-Frame Power Supply (with/without chassis or remote control options)
The UOHC3150 is available in a typical PCB-only configuration and with a chassis. It also supports options such as remote control and additional internal standby power (5V), providing flexibility to meet equipment-side operation requirements. Ideal for replacing existing models.
2) Technical Standards and Protection Circuits
The series is designed to comply with 60065-1 / 60335-1 / 60601-1 / 60950-1 / 61558-1 / 62368-1. Applicable conditions vary by model and should be confirmed individually.
Protection circuits include short circuit protection / overvoltage protection / overcurrent protection / overtemperature protection, and also Brown In / Brown Out protection.
3) High Efficiency (up to 89%) and Defined PFC Specifications
The efficiency is listed as up to 89%, with detailed efficiency and power factor (typical) based on input conditions provided in the specification sheet. Useful for organizing input requirements including PFC.
4) Peak Output (Conditional) for Equipment with Load Variations
With conditional peak output (up to 300W), this series supports peak load requirements (duration and duty cycle). Helpful for organizing requirements for startup and temporary load variations.
5) EMC (Emission)
Emission standards include FCC Part15 Class B / FCC Part18 Class B, CISPR 11 / 14 / 32 (EN55011 / EN55014-1 / EN55032), VCCI Class B, and BS EN standards.
