UOHC3150 Standard Power Supply

This is a 150W high-efficiency, large-capacity open-frame board-type general-purpose switching power supply. Equipped with various protection functions, compliant with multiple safety standards, and CE marked, it delivers approximately twice the peak power and can be used in mechatronics Products and various industrial equipment Products. It supports worldwide input from AC85V to AC264V and complies with IEC61000-3-2. In addition, based on our standard models, we can propose custom and semi-custom power supplies tailored precisely to meet customer requirements.

The UOHC 150W Series (UOHC3150) is an AC-DC switching power supply for embedded equipment (open-frame / board-type power supply) designed for industrial applications. In addition to a design focused on stability, the series is structured with consideration for PFC (power factor), various protection functions, and EMC/EMI requirements.

The specifications also provide organized information to facilitate power supply selection and evaluation based on equipment operating conditions, including peak output (with conditions), full-range input (85-264Vac), and operating altitude up to 5,000m.

Key Features

1) 150W-class industrial open-frame power supply (chassis options / remote control options)

In addition to the board-only (Typical) configuration, the UOHC3150 is available with a chassis (with Chassis). Optional configurations such as remote control and an internal standby power supply (5V) can also be selected to match equipment operational design. This series is also suitable as a replacement for existing products.

2) Technical standards and protection circuits

The series is designed in accordance with 60065-1 / 60335-1 / 60601-1 / 60950-1 / 61558-1 / 62368-1 safety standards. Please confirm applicable conditions for each model.

Protection circuits include short-circuit protection / overvoltage protection / overcurrent protection / overtemperature protection, as well as Brown-in / Brown-out protection.

3) High efficiency (up to 89%) and specified PFC (power factor)

Efficiency is specified as up to 89%, with efficiency (Typical) and power factor (Typical) under different input conditions also listed in the specification table. This information can be used to organize input requirements including PFC (power factor).

4) Peak output (with conditions) for equipment with load fluctuations

With conditional peak output (up to 300W), this series supports peak load conditions (time and duty). It is useful for defining requirements that consider startup or temporary load fluctuations.

5) EMC (emissions)

Emissions standards include FCC Part15 Class B / FCC Part18 Class B, CISPR 11 / 14 / 32 (EN55011 / EN55014-1 / EN55032), VCCI Class B, and various BS EN standards.
