The UUHP 150W Series is an internal AC-DC switching power supply (open frame/power board) for industrial equipment. With a compact 3" × 6.3" board size, this series is configured for easy selection and evaluation assuming integration into enclosures.
It summarizes key conditions to be considered during mass production design, such as peak output (150W → up to 300W under certain conditions), PFC (power factor correction), various protection circuits, emission/immunity requirements, SEMI F47, OVC III, and high altitude operation, making it useful for verifying adoption requirements.

Key Features
1) Compact 3" × 6.3" open frame power supply for industrial equipment
Standard board size is 160 × 75 × 36.5mm. Configuration with chassis + cover is also available, allowing for consideration based on mounting and protection requirements.
2) Technical standards and protection circuits
The series is centered around the IEC/EN 62368-1 technical standard and adjusted for specific application requirements (safety standards depend on the model and must be confirmed separately). Protection circuits include short circuit protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and over-temperature protection, with a description of latch-off operation linked to peak current conditions.
3) Supports peak output up to 300W
Supports up to 300W peak output (e.g., 10 seconds, duty < 0.5) for a 150W rated model. Useful for organizing requirements that consider load fluctuations at startup or inrush loads.
4) High efficiency and PFC for easy input requirement organization
Efficiency reaches up to 92%. PFC (power factor correction) specifications are provided, making it suitable for organizing input-side conditions including harmonics.
5) EMC (Emission)
Compliant with FCC Part15-B, EN(CISPR)55032-B / EN(CISPR)55014-B, BS EN 55032 / BS EN 55014-1.
6) Immunity (Resistance)
Addresses immunity requirements based on EN55035 / BS EN 55035 and EN55014-2 / BS EN55014-2, and is compliant with specific items in EN61000-4-2/-3/-4/-5/-6/-8/-11.
