The UUHP 150W Series is an AC-DC switching power supply for embedded equipment (open-frame / PCB-mounted power supply) designed for industrial applications. With a compact 3"×6.3" board size, the series is structured to facilitate power selection and evaluation for installation inside equipment enclosures.
It consolidates key considerations for mass production design, including peak output (150W to up to 300W, conditional), PFC (power factor), various protection circuits, emission/immunity requirements, SEMI F47, OVC III, and high-altitude conditions, making it useful for confirming adoption requirements.

Key Features
1) Industrial Open-Frame Power Supply in Compact 3"×6.3" Size
The standard board dimensions are 160×75×36.5mm. A chassis + cover configuration is also available, allowing flexible configuration according to mounting and protection requirements. As a market-standard product, it is also ideal for replacing existing models.
2) Technical Standards and Protection Circuits
The series is designed primarily in compliance with IEC/EN 62368-1, with configurations tailored to application requirements (safety standards vary by model). It features short-circuit, overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection, including latch-off protection linked to peak current conditions.
3) Supports Peak Output (Up to 300W)
Supports a maximum peak output of 300W against the 150W rated output (e.g., 10 seconds, Duty < 0.5). Useful for organizing requirements considering load fluctuations such as startup and inrush loads.
4) High Efficiency and PFC (Power Factor)

5) EMC (Emission)
Compliant with FCC Part15-B, EN(CISPR)55032-B / EN(CISPR)55014-B, and BS EN 55032 / BS EN 55014-1.
