The Unifive Group mainly sells items such as AC adapters, USB AC adapters, switching power supplies, and medical AC adapters. We produce a wide variety of products in small quantities at our own factory to ensure a stable supply. This page introduces our efforts regarding our products.

Pursuing Ease of Use Beyond Miniaturization

The UNIFIVE Group has established a comprehensive quality assurance system that spans all stages of AC adapter and switching power supply production, from gathering specification information to design, development, mass production, and post-shipment maintenance. Since its founding in 1989 as a comprehensive manufacturer of AC adapters and switching power supplies, the company has expanded its sales bases in Japan, Taiwan, China, the United States, South Korea, and Hong Kong, providing customers around the world with a stable supply of highly precise AC adapters and switching power supplies.

As international standards become more unified and demand for energy saving increases, there is a growing need for further miniaturization, weight reduction, energy efficiency, and functionality enhancement of AC adapters and switching power supplies. We will continue to develop and manufacture products tailored to customer needs while striving to add high value.

1. Stable Supply of Diverse AC Adapter Models

We accurately understand our customers' increasingly diverse requirements and promptly relay that information to our development and production sites. Centered around our development center in Shenzhen, China, we develop approximately 1,500 new models annually and ship about 15,000 sample units per year. While many manufacturers specialize in mass production of a limited number of models, we actively respond to individual customer requirements and cater to small lot orders starting at 200 units. We are building a production system that can reliably meet increasing product demand and are committed to ensuring a stable supply of products by fully leveraging our group’s capabilities in areas from procurement of raw materials to logistics.

2. Development of Innovative Technology Products

We develop unique, high-quality products and strive to acquire new technologies that will lead into the next generation of AC adapters and switching power supplies. By sincerely incorporating user feedback and proactively pursuing automation, we aim to improve quality and deliver cost advantages. Our main customers are large Japanese electronics manufacturers, with a steadily growing customer base since our founding.

3. Global Sales Network

To deliver safer and more reliable products to our customers, we are actively adopting international standards for quality assurance. Our global sales network enables us to respond in detail to major international manufacturers who require AC adapters and switching power supplies. We can also deliver products according to the sales channel preferred by each customer.
