The Unifive Group mainly sells AC adapters, USB AC adapters, switching power supplies, and medical AC adapters, producing a wide variety of products in small lots at its own factory to ensure stable supply. This page introduces our efforts regarding our products.

Pursuing "Usability" Beyond Miniaturization

The UNIFIVE Group has established a comprehensive quality assurance system covering all stages of AC adapter and switching power supply production—from gathering specification information, design and development, mass production, to post-shipment maintenance activities. Since its founding in 1989 as a comprehensive manufacturer of AC adapters and switching power supplies, the company has expanded its sales bases throughout Japan, Taiwan, China, the United States, South Korea, and Hong Kong, delivering stable, high-precision AC adapters and switching power supplies to customers worldwide.

As the standardization of international regulations progresses and the demand for energy-saving increases, there is a growing demand for AC adapter and switching power supply products to be smaller, lighter, more energy-efficient, and multifunctional. Moving forward, we will continue to engage in businesses that offer high added value to our customers and develop and manufacture products that meet their needs.

1. Stable Supply of a Wide Variety of AC Adapters

We accurately grasp the diversified demands of our customers and promptly communicate this information to our development and manufacturing locations. Centered around our Shenzhen Development Center in China, we develop about 1,500 new models annually and ship approximately 15,000 samples per year. While many manufacturers focus on large-scale production of a narrow range of products, we actively accommodate individual customer requirements and small lot orders starting from 200 units. We have built a production system that reliably meets growing product demand and strive for a stable supply by leveraging the collective strength of our group, from material procurement to logistics system development.

2. Development of Innovative Technology Products

We develop original, high-quality products and are committed to acquiring new technologies that lead to the next generation of AC adapters and switching power supplies. We sincerely incorporate user feedback, actively pursue automation, and further improve quality to achieve cost advantages. Our main customers are major Japanese electronics manufacturers, and we have steadily increased our customer base since our founding.

3. Global Sales Network

To provide customers with safer and more reliable products, we actively introduce international standards related to quality assurance. Our worldwide sales network enables us to flexibly support large manufacturers with global business operations that require AC adapters and switching power supplies. We can deliver products according to the distribution channels desired by our customers.
