Job TitleTechnical Manager, Quality Assurance Department
Job DescriptionPromote quality improvement activities by leveraging various technical skills and quality management methods.
Main Duties
  1. Quality improvement of parts suppliers
    • Transformers, DC codes, circuit boards, ICs, transistors, cases, labels
  2. Quality improvement of in-house production lines
    • Improvement of soldering quality, promotion of production innovation activities
  3. Claim handling
    • Guidance on defect analysis work and review of reports
Qualifications
  1. Required Skills
    • Proficient in FMEA and FTA methods
    • Proficient in chip mounting and soldering techniques
    • Able to understand analog circuits (especially AC/DC Power Adapters — Desktop & Wall-Mount, switching power supplies)
    • Understanding of mold technology
    • Able to read mechanical drawings
    • Not required, but those who understand statistics and quality engineering are welcome
  2. Experience
    • More than 5 years of experience in one company in quality control or quality assurance
  3. Education: University graduate or above
Compensation
  1. Annual Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and role)
  2. Monthly Salary: Negotiable (based on base salary model)
