Job TitleQuality Assurance Department Technical Manager
Job DescriptionPromote quality improvement activities by utilizing various proprietary technologies and quality control methods.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Quality improvement of parts suppliers
    • Transformers, DC cords, circuit boards, ICs, transistors, cases, labels
  2. Quality improvement of in-house production lines
    • Improvement of soldering quality, promotion of production innovation activities
  3. Handling complaints
    • Guidance on defect analysis operations and review of reports
Qualifications
  1. Required Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in FMEA and FTA methods
    • Proficiency in chip mounting and soldering technologies
    • Understanding of analog circuits (especially AC/DC Power Adapter and switching power supplies)
    • Understanding of mold technology
    • Ability to read mechanical drawings
    • Not required, but knowledge of statistics and quality engineering is welcome
  2. Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance at one company
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Compensation
  1. Annual salary: Negotiable (depending on experience and role)
  2. Monthly salary: Negotiable (model based on base salary)
