Customer demand for AC adapters for charging purposes is on the rise. For example, various cordless products such as cordless cleaners are now being distributed on the market with built-in charging functions. In addition, due to the charging functions of these products, there is an increasing demand to shift from conventional constant voltage (CV) power supply to constant current and constant voltage (CC-CV) systems. At Unifive, we are now capable of designing our products, including those listed below as well as others requested by customers, to comply with IEC60335-1 and IEC60335-2-29 standards.

  • Designed for cyclonic vacuum cleaners with IEC61000-4-2 ESD protection level.
  • Achieves capability of air discharge ±20kV / contact discharge ±10kV or more.
  • Wire and plug selection considering wire breakage and sheath damage.
  • Supports "C plug" and "BF plug" for both domestic and overseas deployment.
  • PCB: CTI value 600V / Flame-retardant grade 94V-0 resin material selected for safety.
  • Tracking resistance test: JWDS0028_LEVEL2 compliant.
  • Designed according to IEC60335-1 / 60335-2-29 suitable for battery charging.
