Open-frame power supply for home appliances

We offer a series of AC adapters that can be modified for household appliance applications using AC adapters, and they have been well received. However, due to specific circumstances of the adopted equipment, commercial Products, customer policies, and other factors, there are still many requests for the manufacture of open-frame power supplies with built-in power units inside the equipment. The following product groups introduced here provide solutions that can meet these needs. These lineups are designed in anticipation of IEC61558 and 60335 standards, and can be modified according to customer requirements. Moisture-proof coating can also be considered, making them suitable not only for household appliances but also for commercial kitchen equipment applications.

Applicable standards: Some models have already obtained CQC GB4706.1, IEC61558-1, 61558-2-16. For examples of supported modifications, please refer to the NOTE below.

  • Capacitor lifespan adjustment available.
  • Surge protection components such as varistors can be installed (depending on the model).
  • Reselection and choice of AC and DC connectors.
  • Waterproof and moisture-proof coating processing.
