What Is the Singapore CPS and SAFETY MARK?

It is a safety standards mark defined by the Singapore government agency, Enterprise Singapore. It is mandatory to display it on products sold and distributed in Singapore. CPS stands for Consumer Protection (Safety Requirements) Registration Scheme.
