UxOWT 150W Series is an open-frame switching power supply for industrial equipment (150W class, standard Products). It features a compact 3 inch x 6.3 inch board size and is designed for internal installation in equipment. Four models are available: DC12.0V/24.0V/36.0V/48.0V.
The key feature is that three safety standards can be supported on the same board platform. By selecting the "x" in the model name, you can choose from medical equipment (60601-1), household appliances (61558-1/60335-1), or information and communication/AV equipment (62368-1/60065-1/60950-1). The same power supply design can be deployed across multiple Products lines for different applications.

Key Features
1) Supports three fields - medical, home appliances, and information & communications - with a single board
You can select only the safety standard while keeping the same board size, mounting hole positions, and connector layout. For manufacturers developing Products across multiple fields, it enables horizontal expansion to Products with different regulatory requirements while maintaining common mechanical and wiring designs. This helps reuse design assets and reduce the number of components.
2) Compact 3-inch x 6.3-inch Board
The board dimensions are 159.96 x 75.0mm (6.3 x 2.95 inches), with a component height of 34.0mm or less from the top side and 3.0mm or less from the bottom side. There are four mounting holes (dia. 3.50mm), with a mounting pitch of 149.96 x 65.0mm. Its compact size for the 150W class makes it easy to integrate into equipment with limited internal space.
3) Specifications Assuming Installation Environments for Industrial Equipment
The operating temperature is 0~50C, providing a higher temperature margin than typical AC/DC Power Adapter (0~40C). The overvoltage category supports OVC III (altitude 2,000m), and the operating altitude is up to 5,000m. It also complies with PSE Appendix 8 dust-proof requirements. It can also be selected for industrial equipment with harsh installation environments and equipment intended for use at high altitudes.
4) Equipped with Brown-in/Brown-out Protection
In addition to short-circuit protection (SCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), and over-current protection (OCP), it is equipped with brown-in/brown-out protection. It prevents operation when the input voltage falls below the specified level and starts up stably after the voltage recovers. Even in environments with unstable power quality, it avoids operating in an undefined state.
5) Maximum Efficiency 88% and Up to 5-Year Warranty
Designed with a maximum efficiency of 88%. In addition, it supports a warranty of up to 5 years. Measurement conditions: Measurements are performed using an oscilloscope with a bandwidth of 20MHz. The output is bypassed at the connector with a 0.1μF ceramic disc capacitor and a 10μF low-ESR electrolytic capacitor to simulate system load.
