Support for Multiple Product Variants and Stable Supply System
UNIFIVE provides integrated support from specification data collection to design, development, mass production, supply, and post-shipment maintenance. Based on this in-house integrated system, we achieve both support for multiple product variants with individual specifications and a stable supply.
Capability to Support Multiple and Custom Specifications
Power supplies are critical safety components, and simply applying standard products is often not sufficient for adoption. UNIFIVE provides consistent support from organizing specification requirements to design, development, mass production, supply, and post-shipment maintenance, based on each customer's requirements and evaluation criteria.
Approximately 1,500 new models developed annually and about 15,000 sample units shipped are maintained continuously. In addition to supporting individual specifications, we flexibly handle everything from small-lot custom and semi-custom production to large-scale mass production. Furthermore, our in-house manufacturing system and domestic and international network support stable supply and short lead times.
A System Supporting Stable Supply
Based on our in-house production system and a network of domestic and overseas bases, we have established a structure that covers everything from raw material procurement and logistics to post-shipment maintenance activities. We also handle projects that require short lead-time switching or replacement, supporting continuous supply.
Quality Assurance System Covering All Processes
UNIFIVE manages quality throughout every stage, from specification information gathering to design, development, mass production, and post-shipment maintenance activities. Rather than limiting quality to a specific department, it is operated as a company-wide system in which design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and management work together.
A System That Builds Quality into Every Process
During the design stage, the development, manufacturing, and quality departments participate, and the QA department ultimately conducts design verification from a third-party perspective. In the manufacturing stage, a management system based on process FMEA is implemented. From daily quality improvements to handling market complaints, root cause identification, corrective actions, and recurrence prevention are carried out consistently.
Operational Structure Supporting Continuous Improvement
At the beginning of each year, quality objectives are set across all departments, and progress is reviewed by management during monthly management review meetings. From leadership to frontline staff, we work together to continuously improve quality-related issues.

UNIFIVE provides custom solutions based on customer requirements, leveraging our extensive development experience. We can accommodate miniaturization, heat reduction measures, lightning surge, noise, and harmonic countermeasures, original designs, compliance with international safety standards, waterproof and dustproof designs, and low-noise solutions according to specific applications and environments. We also support compliant designs with international energy efficiency regulations such as DOE Level VII and ErP Lot7.

For the NHK program "Chico-chan ni Shikarareru!" broadcast on April 10, 2026, we provided technical cooperation for the production of a segment explaining the mechanism of AC/DC Power Adapter. At the direct request of the program production team, we provided technical materials, information on internal structures and component layouts based on actual units, and information regarding the role of each component.
