UNIFIVE provides integrated support from specification information gathering to design, development, mass production, supply, and post-shipment maintenance activities. Based on this in-house integrated system, we achieve both support for multiple product types and individual specifications as well as stable supply.

Power supplies are critical safety components, and in many cases, simply applying a standard product does not lead to adoption. UNIFIVE provides integrated support based on each customer's requirements and evaluation criteria, from organizing specification information to design, development, mass production, supply, and post-shipment maintenance activities.
Approximately 1,500 new models developed annually and around 15,000 sample units shipped, while continuing to support individual specifications. We flexibly accommodate everything from small-lot custom and semi-custom orders to large-lot mass production. Furthermore, supported by our in-house production system and a network of domestic and overseas bases, we ensure stable supply and short lead times.

Based on our in-house production system and a network of domestic and international locations, we have established a structure that covers everything from raw material procurement and logistics to post-shipment maintenance activities. We also handle projects requiring short lead-time changeovers or replacements, ensuring continuous supply.

UNIFIVE manages quality throughout all processes, from specification gathering to design, development, mass production, and post-shipment maintenance activities. Rather than limiting quality to a specific department, it is operated as a company-wide system in which design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and management work together.
A System That Builds Quality into Every Process
At the design stage, the development, manufacturing, and quality departments participate, and the QA department ultimately conducts design verification from an independent perspective. During the manufacturing stage, a management system based on process FMEA is implemented. From daily quality improvements to handling market complaints, root cause identification, corrective actions, and recurrence prevention are carried out consistently.

At the beginning of each year, all departments set quality objectives, and the executive team reviews progress at monthly management review meetings. From management to frontline staff, we work together to continuously improve quality-related issues.

We provided technical cooperation for the segment explaining the mechanism of AC/DC Power Adapter on NHK's "Chiko-chan ni Shikarareru!" broadcast on April 10, 2026. At the direct request of the program production team, we supplied technical materials, provided information on internal structures and component layouts based on actual units, and offered explanations regarding the role of each component.
