AC/DC Power Adapter to Board-Mounted Power Supplies and Battery Chargers | TECHNO-FRONTIER 2026 Exhibition Report

We exhibited at the "TECHNO-FRONTIER 2026 Power System Exhibition" held from July 15 to 17, 2026. We introduce the AC/DC Power Adapter with a large capacity of 450W, GaN-equipped ultra-compact adapters, board-type switching power supplies, MCU-equipped lithium-ion battery chargers, and the Products displayed at the venue, along with our customization capabilities.

We exhibited at "TECHNO-FRONTIER 2026 Power Supply System Exhibition" (West Hall 1, Booth No. 1-AA04), held at Tokyo Big Sight from July 15 (Wed) to 17 (Fri), 2026. We would like to once again express our sincere gratitude to everyone who visited our booth during the event. Thanks to your support, we welcomed the highest number of visitors in our company’s history.

At this year’s booth, we showcased AC/DC Power Adapter suitable for various industries, board-mounted switching power supplies, and battery chargers in three categories. For those who were unable to attend, we would like to introduce each Products and the scope of our capabilities.

Here are the Products exhibited this time

1. AC/DC Power Adapter

Our standard AC/DC Power Adapter range from compact 5W models to high-power 450W models. At the venue, there was particular interest in the following Products.

Our standard AC/DC Power Adapter support power ratings from 5W~450W, input voltages from 90V~264V, and output voltages from 5V~54V. 2. Board-Mounted (Industrial) Switching Power Supplies - Custom Power Supplies

These are board-mounted switching power supplies designed for integration into equipment. In addition to enclosed adapter types, we also handle power supplies that are built into devices. Our standard switching power supplies for industrial equipment are available in a lineup ranging from 100W to 1kW and can also be used as replacements for existing products.

Depending on conditions such as output specifications, shape, mounting method, and operating environment, standard products may not meet the requirements. We support everything from semi-custom solutions, where specifications are partially modified based on existing Products, to full custom designs requiring new development. Our experience with custom power supplies covers a range from 3W to over 1kW.

3. Battery Charger

We have long offered a wide range of products and extensive experience as a CC-CV compatible AC/DC Power Adapter for lithium-ion batteries.

This year, we also exhibited a new MCU-equipped lithium-ion battery charger as a Products. By incorporating an MCU (microcontroller), it enables charging control and allows charging tailored to the design of battery-powered devices.

Why can we offer such a wide range of Products?

The output range of the power supplies we handle extends from 3W~over 1kW, including both standard and custom products. Their applications span a wide variety of fields, including industrial equipment, medical devices, telecommunications equipment, home appliances, and audio equipment. We are able to offer such a broad lineup because we design and develop our power supplies in-house and manufacture them at our own factories.

In-house management of all processes from market research to post-shipment support

We have established a quality assurance system that covers every process, from market research and the introduction of new models to design, design inspection and mass-production prototyping, mass production, quality inspection, and after-sales service following shipment. Products are manufactured not by external partner factories but at our own factories that have obtained quality certification.

For quality inspection, we conduct incoming inspections of materials, in-process inspections on production lines, and pre-shipment inspections in accordance with international quality management standards (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4). In the unlikely event that an issue arises with a Products in the market, we trace back the production lot history data using the serial number assigned to each Products and identify the cause by tracing back to the components used and their suppliers. This historical data is stored for 20 years.

If standard products are not sufficient, choose from two custom options

If standard products do not meet your requirements, we offer two types of custom solutions. Since development time, initial costs, and degree of design flexibility differ, you can choose according to the nature of your project.

The range of semi-custom options depends on the variety of standard products available as a base. We offer a wide range of standard product series, including compact AC/DC Power Adapter equipped with GaN FETs, open-frame switching power supplies, USB PD-compatible models, medical equipment models (compliant with IEC 60601-1), waterproof models, wide temperature range models (-20°C~+60°C), and high-wattage types, allowing you to start the design from a product close to your requirements.

We also have experience complying with safety standards in various countries, including Japan's PSE, North America's UL, Europe's CE/GS, China's CCC, Korea's KC, Taiwan's BSMI, India's BIS, and Oceania's RCM. We support obtaining the necessary certifications according to the destination country for each project.

After the Exhibition

Throughout the three-day exhibition, we had the opportunity to speak directly with representatives from development, design, and purchasing departments. We received a wide range of inquiries, from consultations about reviewing currently used power supplies to discussions regarding specifications for new equipment.

During the exhibition, Ichiken, a YouTuber active in the electronics and electrical fields, also stopped by our booth and showed interest in our Products. Thank you very much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to visit us.

We have previously provided information about power supplies through various media, including technical cooperation for the production of NHK's "Chiko-chan Gets Scolded!" program. Moving forward, regardless of the type of media, we will continue to share easy-to-understand information about power supplies from the perspective of a manufacturer specializing in power supplies.
