Regarding the Mandatory Implementation of Energy Efficiency Regulations in Belarus
The Belarusian government will implement a mandatory certification system for energy efficiency regulations starting from September 1, 2017. Previously, the Republic of Belarus had already begun requiring compliance with safety standards for wireless/electronic communication devices as of February 1, 2017. However, this new mandatory certification system for energy efficiency regulations, although applicable to specific product categories, is scheduled to take effect on September 1, 2017, and is presumed to be in line with the current global trends. Therefore, if your destination country is the Republic of Belarus, please pay special attention.
