Never Open the AC/DC Power Adapter
When we receive requests to investigate our Products, there are rare cases in which customers have already opened the case themselves or modified or repaired the unit, such as replacing the DC plug.
In general, electrical Products that have been altered by the user are not covered by warranty.
The same applies to our Products. Any unit that has been opened, disassembled, or modified by replacing parts is excluded from warranty (and inspection coverage). The main reasons are as follows:
- Any modification by the customer makes it difficult to determine whether there is an inherent issue with the Products itself
- Because the condition at the time the problem occurred is unknown, identifying the cause becomes extremely difficult
- There is a possibility that the unit may be in a dangerous condition, both for the customer and during our investigation
- Modification or repair by the customer is a clear violation of PSE (Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law)
Questions Regarding the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law
Products that have been opened or modified cannot be restored to their original normal condition by the customer, and continued use in such a state is extremely dangerous.
For these reasons, we ask customers to refrain from opening the case or making any modifications. If you are compelled to open the case of our Products due to unavoidable circumstances, such as an emergency response, please consult us in advance.

"I tried opening the case, but..."
If you think something is wrong, please do not open the case yourself and first consult your retailer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the safe use of our Products.
