At our booth, we will set up a permanent "Power Supply Technical Consultation Desk" for all three days of the exhibition. A Japanese engineer with experience in development operations, currently responsible for failure analysis of Products, will be on-site to directly address your technical challenges.

This is not limited to specific times, and no reservation is required. Whether it is the morning of the first day or the evening of the final day, you are welcome to stop by and consult with us on the spot.

When doing so, please include "Exhibition Consultation" at the beginning of the subject line or message for smooth assistance. If you need to share drawings, our sales representative will contact you to receive them. Our engineers will review the details and prepare responses and relevant materials in advance. By the time you visit us, the review process will already be underway.

From fundamental principles to standards, we answer in the language of engineers

One of the key strengths of our desk is the ability to explain, in the language of engineers, the "why" behind topics such as power supply operating principles, circuit mechanisms, and what safety standards technically require. Furthermore, because our engineers are familiar with on-site failure analysis, we can provide practical insights not found in catalogs, such as potential failure modes that may occur in the market and key points for selecting power supplies to prevent trouble before it happens.
