How long does it take to receive the item after placing an order?

Information on lead times from order placement to delivery for AC/DC power adapters — desktop & wall-mount, and switching power supplies.

Standard Lead Time

AC/DC Power Adapters — Desktop & Wall-Mount are manufactured to order without holding finished goods inventory. After receiving a customer’s purchase order, we place component orders, proceed with production, and then shipping. The following are our standard lead times, counted from the day the factory receives the purchase order.

Standard models: 45 days + logistics
New models: 60 days + logistics

*Please note that due to the current global supply-demand imbalance of electronic components, our standard lead times may not always apply.

If Delivery Time is a Priority

If lead time is a critical factor for you regarding AC/DC Power Adapters — Desktop & Wall-Mount, please do not hesitate to contact our sales representative. If you select our standard models, even new customers may receive immediate delivery if inventory is available at our authorized distributor. If inventory is not available, we will act quickly to purchase components, begin production, and ensure quality based on stock status.
We also accept detailed customization requests, so please inform our sales representative of your needs. We will make every effort to provide the shortest lead time possible.

For Custom Specifications

If your AC/DC Power Adapters — Desktop & Wall-Mount require detailed specifications, it may not be possible to respond with standard products alone, and we may need to proceed with development and evaluation as a new model. In such cases, the lead time will be longer compared to using standard models, but we will work to minimize the lead time as much as possible based on our extensive experience.

When Using Specified Components

Some customers may have internal policies that restrict the components used. Naturally, we will comply with your specified requirements, but if possible, allowing us to select parts enables us to shorten the component procurement lead time.

Shortening Lead Time by Pre-ordering Components

During new model development, it is possible to consider placing advance orders for components with long lead times at the stage when design specifications and parts are finalized, or based on projected order volumes on an annual or seasonal basis. About Logistics Lead Time

The logistics time from our factory in South China to the customer’s delivery location will vary depending on the destination. We can deliver to any location, including within China, Hong Kong, overseas, or a designated location in Japan. Please feel free to consult our sales representatives.
