Standard Lead Time

We do not keep finished goods inventory of AC/DC Power Adapter products. We adopt a build-to-order system in which components are procured, products are manufactured, and shipments are made after receiving a customer purchase order. The standard lead times are managed as follows, counted from the date the factory receives the purchase order.

Standard models: 45 days + logistics
New models: 60 days + logistics

*Due to the recent global imbalance in the supply and demand of electronic components, our standard lead times may not always be applicable.

If Delivery Time Is a Priority

If delivery time for AC/DC Power Adapter products is a priority, please feel free to contact our sales representatives first. If you select one of our standard models, immediate delivery may be possible for new customers provided that our authorized distributor has stock available. If there is no stock, we will respond promptly regarding component procurement, production, and quality assurance while considering inventory conditions.
We also accept detailed customization requests, so please inform our sales representatives of your requirements. We will strive to accommodate you with the shortest possible lead time.

For Custom Specifications

If your required specifications for the AC/DC Power Adapter are highly detailed, our standard products may not be sufficient, and it may often be necessary to develop and evaluate a new model. In such cases, delivery will take longer compared to using a standard product; however, leveraging our extensive experience, we will make every effort to minimize the lead time.

If Specific Components Are Designated

Some customers may have internal regulations that restrict the components used. We will of course accommodate specified components; however, allowing us to select the components whenever possible can particularly help shorten the component procurement lead time.

Reducing Lead Time Through Advance Component Arrangements

During new product development, once design specifications and components are finalized, or based on projected annual or seasonal order volumes, it is possible to consider placing advance orders for components with long lead times. About Logistics Lead Time

The logistics period from our factory in South China to your designated delivery location varies depending on the destination. We can deliver within China, to Hong Kong, overseas, or to any designated location in Japan. Please feel free to consult our sales representatives.
