How long does it take to receive the item after placing an order?

We provide information regarding the delivery time from order placement to arrival for AC adapters and switching power supplies.

Standard Lead Time

We do not maintain finished goods inventory for AC adapters; instead, we operate on a made-to-order basis where we procure parts, produce, and ship after receiving a purchase order from the customer. The standard lead time is managed approximately as follows, counting from the date the order is received at the factory.

Standard models: 45 days + logistics
New models: 60 days + logistics

※ Due to the recent global supply and demand imbalance of electronic components, our standard lead time may not be applicable in some cases.

If Delivery Time is a Priority

If delivery time of AC adapters is a priority, please feel free to contact our sales representative. If you choose our standard models, even new customers may be able to receive immediate delivery if stock is available with our exclusive distributor. If not, we will respond quickly in terms of parts procurement, production, and quality assurance based on stock availability.
We also accept detailed customization requests, so please share your requirements with our sales representative. We will strive to accommodate in the shortest lead time possible.

In Case of Custom Specifications

If your specifications for AC adapters are detailed, it may be difficult to accommodate with our standard models, and development and evaluation as a new model may be necessary. In such cases, although lead time will be longer compared to standard models, we will leverage our extensive experience to shorten the lead time as much as possible.

When Specific Parts are Designated

Some customers may have restrictions on parts used due to internal regulations. We will of course comply with your specified parts; however, if possible, allowing us to select the components may result in shorter lead times, especially for parts procurement.

Shortening Lead Time with Advance Parts Procurement

During new model development, it is possible to consider advance ordering of parts with long lead times once the design specifications and components are finalized, or based on annual or seasonal forecasted order quantities. About Logistics Lead Time

The logistics lead time from our factory in South China to the customer varies depending on the delivery location. We can deliver anywhere including within China, Hong Kong, overseas, or designated locations in Japan. Please feel free to consult our sales representative.
