How long does it take to receive the item after placing an order?

We provide information regarding the delivery time from order placement to arrival for AC/DC Power Adapters — Desktop & Wall-Mount and switching power supplies.

Standard Lead Time

We do not keep finished product inventory of AC adapters. Instead, we adopt a make-to-order system in which components are ordered after receiving a customer's purchase order, followed by production and shipment. From the date the order is received at the factory, we manage the following as standard lead times.

Standard models: 45 days + logistics
New models: 60 days + logistics

※Due to recent global supply-demand imbalances of electronic components, our standard lead time may not be applicable in some cases.

If Delivery Time is a Priority

If delivery time of AC adapters is your priority, please do not hesitate to contact our sales representatives. If you choose one of our standard models, immediate delivery may be possible even for new customers if our authorized distributor has stock available. If not, we will promptly respond with component procurement, production, and quality assurance measures based on the stock status.
We also provide support for detailed customizations, so please share your requirements with our sales team. We will make every effort to meet your needs with the shortest possible lead time.

In Case of Custom Specifications

If your requirements for AC adapter specifications are detailed, it is often necessary to develop and evaluate new models that cannot be handled by our standard products. In such cases, the lead time will be longer compared to using standard models, but we strive to shorten the lead time as much as possible based on our extensive experience.

If Specific Components are Required

Some customers have internal regulations that limit the use of certain components. We will of course accommodate your specified components, but by allowing us to select components as much as possible, it is especially possible to shorten the lead time for component procurement.

Reducing Lead Time Through Advance Component Procurement

During new model development, once design specifications and components are finalized, we can consider placing advance orders for long-lead-time components based on expected annual or seasonal order volumes. Please feel free to consult our sales team for specific methods.

About Logistics Lead Time

The logistics period from our factory in South China to the customer varies depending on the delivery location. We are able to deliver anywhere, whether it is within China, Hong Kong, overseas, or your designated location in Japan. Please feel free to consult our sales representatives.
