After-sales Service Examples

Creation and updating of environmental documents, and preparation of required documents such as investigations into banned substances

At UNIFIVE's factory in China, we manage procurement sources of AC/DC Power Adapters — Desktop & Wall-Mount components and material manufacturers through on-site manufacturing management to ensure compliance with standards and provide safe Products that meet environmental standards.

Issuance of non-applicability certificates

For the AC/DC Power Adapters — Desktop & Wall-Mount manufactured by UNIFIVE included with customers' Products, we also issue "non-applicability certificates" concerning item numbers 1 to 15 and item number 16 of Appendix Table 1 of the Export Trade Control Order in relation to product exports.

We kindly ask such customers to confirm our responses in accordance with their Products purchase channels, even though this may take additional effort.

Confidential documents related to AC/DC Power Adapters — Desktop & Wall-Mount may require the signing of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Please note that if the storage period of specified production documents has expired or the AC/DC Power Adapters — Desktop & Wall-Mount Products are already discontinued, or if the purchase route is unknown (e.g., procured from overseas instead of domestic Japan), we may be unable to respond.

Also, for models with no transactions for several years and no instructions to update safety certifications, some may become EOL (End-of-Life), so please be aware.
