Arrhenius's law

A law that shows the relationship between temperature and chemical reactions, discovered by Swedish scientist Svante Arrhenius. Since chemical reactions are involved in the degradation of components, this law is used in power circuits to predict the lifespan under the operating temperature conditions—the higher the temperature, the shorter the lifespan. A commonly used example is the aluminum electrolytic capacitor.
