Emission

Electromagnetic waves emitted from electronic devices that adversely affect other electronic or electrical equipment, classified as a type of radiated noise and synonymous with EMI. According to the JIS standard, electromagnetic interference caused by emissions is defined as "an electromagnetic phenomenon that may degrade the performance of equipment, devices, or systems, and may have a negative impact on all entities, living or non-living." The effect that electrical or electronic devices receive from external emissions is called immunity.
