Hiccup mode

Hiccup mode is an operating mode triggered by a short condition during output failure, where power supply repeatedly turns on and off (Hiccup refers to the repeated on-and-off like a hiccup). The transition from on to off helps maintain internal power loss at a safe level until the fault condition is cleared.
