Heatsink

A component used to suppress temperature rise caused by heat generation in electrical and electronic devices. It is made from materials that easily absorb heat, such as copper, aluminum, or iron. By attaching it to a device, it absorbs the heat and dissipates it into the air or elsewhere. To enhance the cooling effect, it has a shape with a large surface area, and some models are equipped with fans.
