Heat sink

A component used to suppress temperature rise caused by heat generated from electrical and electronic equipment. It is made of materials that easily absorb heat, such as copper, aluminum, and iron. By attaching it to equipment, it absorbs heat and dissipates it into the air. To enhance heat dissipation, it has a shape with a large surface area, and some types are equipped with a fan.
