Forced air cooling

When natural cooling through methods such as convection is not sufficient to handle heat generation in electrical and electronic equipment, forced cooling is used to dissipate the heat using fans or other blowers. Many devices installed in enclosures with high heat generation adopt this cooling method. There are systems where the fan runs continuously regardless of temperature, and systems where the fan operates only when the temperature exceeds a specified threshold by using a heat sensor.
