When operating power circuits in parallel, if one power circuit stops output due to a failure and the resistance becomes low, there is a risk of a short circuit. To prevent this, a diode is inserted in each power output. Under normal conditions, current flows in the forward direction, but in the event of a failure when voltage is applied in the reverse direction, the diode prevents current flow, thereby avoiding a short circuit.
