Startup time
When turning on the input voltage in a power supply device, due to the nature of the circuit, a slight response delay occurs in the output voltage. The time it takes for the output voltage to reach 10% is called the delay time. The time it takes for the output voltage to rise from 10% to 90% is called the rise time. The sum of the rise time and delay time, in other words, the time from turning on the input voltage to reaching 90%, is referred to as the startup time and serves as one indicator of the device's performance.
