Modular power supply

Power equipment housed within a single enclosure. It is often designed to be installed in racks such as equipment enclosures. In such cases, to make effective use of the space within the rack, it has a shape that matches the rack width and a structure that allows it to be easily secured to the rack with brackets. Since it is often assumed that the sides will be in close contact with other equipment, cooling devices such as fans are often installed at the rear of the power unit, where they do not overlap with other devices, to efficiently dissipate heat.
