PARD

PARD (periodic and random deviation) is also referred to as random fluctuation. It means periodic deviation and occasional deviation, and is an abbreviation used for the total value of all ripple/noise components measured beyond the specified bandwidth, expressed either as an RMS value or a peak amplitude value.
