Cooling method
To prevent failures caused by overheating of electrical and electronic equipment, this method removes heat generated by the equipment by transferring it to the outside. The simplest method is natural cooling through convection. In this method, the surface area of the heat-generating component is often increased to enhance heat dissipation. When natural cooling is insufficient, forced cooling is often used, in which heat is expelled by airflow generated by devices such as fans. Other forced cooling methods include circulating a gas refrigerant, using a heat exchanger, or utilizing the latent heat of vaporization of a liquid.
