Cooling method

A method for removing heat generated by equipment by transferring it outside in order to prevent failures caused by overheating of electrical and electronic devices. The simplest method is natural cooling through convection. In this method, the surface area of the heat-generating part is often increased to enhance the heat dissipation effect. When natural cooling is insufficient to dissipate heat, forced cooling using airflow from a fan is often employed. Other forced cooling methods include circulating gases as refrigerants, using heat exchangers, and utilizing the heat of vaporization of liquids.
