Local sensing

A function in power circuits that performs detection for constant voltage or constant current control within the internal components of power devices, such as output terminals. Compared to remote sensing, it has the advantage of simplifying wiring. On the other hand, if the distance from the output section to the load is long, it has the disadvantage of not being able to reflect output fluctuations on the load side due to voltage drops and other factors.
