commercial power supply
AC power transmitted from the power company to factories, buildings, and general households. There are different types: low voltage (100/200V), high voltage (6600V), and extra-high voltage (20/30/60/70/140kV), each with different electricity rates. The frequency is either 50Hz or 60Hz. The higher the voltage, the more power can be received, so the higher the power consumption of the user, the higher the receiving voltage becomes. This term is often used to distinguish the power supply from the power company from that of private generators or self-consumption solar power sources.
