Sequence

In the operation of electrical and electronic equipment, combining components such as switches and relays to perform specified actions is known as sequence control. Sequence control is an open-loop control in which the result does not affect the cause as an input. Unlike feedback control, which is a closed-loop control that corrects errors in the results by feeding them back into the input, sequence control circuits do not have a function to correct the outcome.
