Sequence

In the operation of electrical and electronic equipment, combining switches, relays, and other components to perform predetermined actions is referred to as sequence control. Sequence control is an open-loop control system in which the result does not affect the input cause. In contrast to feedback control, which is a closed-loop control that corrects errors by feeding the result back to the input, sequence control circuits do not have a function to correct the result.
