Latency

When power is supplied to power circuits or similar systems, the output voltage reaches its specified value over a certain period due to transient phenomena. This refers to the time it takes to reach 10% of the output voltage until it reaches the rated value. It is also the time excluding the rise time from the startup time. It is one of the times that indicates the transient characteristics when power is turned on. If there are many capacitive components in the circuit, the delay time tends to increase due to the charging time.
