Delay time

When power is supplied to a power circuit or similar device, the output voltage reaches its specified value over a certain period of time due to a transient response. This refers to the time it takes for the output voltage to reach 10%. It is also the time remaining after excluding the rise time from the startup time. It is one of the times that indicates the transient characteristics when power is turned on. If there are many capacitive components in the circuit, the delay time tends to be longer due to the charging time.
