Low voltage protection

In general, when the input voltage to a load exceeds the specified value, the risk of failure increases due to overheating and other factors. However, even when the voltage is too low, there is a risk of malfunction or failure. Therefore, countermeasures against low voltage are necessary. This refers to a function that stops the operation of the power circuit or generates an alarm signal when the output or input voltage of the power circuit falls below the specified value. In power circuits and similar systems, a function that prevents input by treating input voltages lower than the specified value as an off state to ensure the specified output is also a type of undervoltage protection.
