VCCI

Refers to the VCCI Council, a General Incorporated Foundation. With the development of the electronics industry, and in order to suppress electromagnetic interference generated by electrical and electronic equipment, four related industry organizations established its predecessor, the Voluntary Control Council for Interference by Information Technology Equipment, in 1985 to create and operate voluntary control measures. It became a general incorporated foundation in 2009 and continues to operate to this day. Its purpose is to operate voluntary control measures implemented by its members against electromagnetic interference that may cause disturbances to other electrical, electronic, and communication equipment.
