The National Foreign Trade Information Service (SNICE) of Mexico has issued a notice stating that, starting from June 2019, it is necessary to include the HS code in the NOM certification.

Details regarding the announcement on additional HS codes related to Mexico safety and energy-saving regulations are as follows.
