Regarding the resumption of operations at our factory

As previously informed, due to the impact of the novel coronavirus, our factory in China had suspended operations after the Lunar New Year holiday. We are pleased to report that, following a government inspection, we have successfully resumed operations.
This would not have been possible without the warm support of our valued customers, for which we are deeply grateful.

However, due to travel restrictions and other factors, some employees are still unable to return to work. Additionally, preparations for full-scale operations — such as disinfection and staff training — as well as confirming the recovery status of our supply chain and logistics are taking time. Therefore, it is expected that reaching normal operation levels will take some more time.

We apologize for the continued inconvenience and ask for your understanding and patience as we strive to return to full capacity as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued support.
