Regarding the resumption of operations at our factory

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage.

As we had previously informed our customers, due to the impact of the novel coronavirus, our factory in China had suspended operations following the Lunar New Year holidays. However, we are pleased to report that, after undergoing government inspections, we have successfully resumed operations.
We are deeply grateful for the warm support from our many customers, which made this possible.

That said, due to transportation restrictions and other factors, some employees are still unable to report to work. Additionally, preparations for full-scale operation—such as disinfection and employee training—as well as confirmation of the status of supply chains and logistics restoration, are taking time. Therefore, it is expected that it will take a while to return to normal operation levels.

We sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience, but please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to return to normal operations as soon as possible. We kindly ask for your continued understanding and support.
