Regarding the Resumption of Operations at Our Factory

On this page, we provide information on our company's status regarding the resumption of operations following the further extension of the Lunar New Year holiday period due to the novel coronavirus.

As previously reported to our valued customers, due to the impact of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, our factory in China had suspended operations after the Lunar New Year holiday. We are pleased to inform you that, following a government inspection, we have successfully resumed operations.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks for the warm support from our many customers, which made this possible.

However, due to transportation restrictions and other limitations, some employees are still unable to return to work. In addition, time is required to prepare for full-scale operations, including disinfection and employee training, as well as to confirm the recovery status of the supply chain and logistics. Therefore, it is expected that it will take some time before we can return to our normal operating capacity.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may continue to cause. We are making every effort to return to normal operating capacity as soon as possible, and we kindly ask for your continued understanding and patience.
