We sincerely appreciate your continued support.
As of March 13, we would like to inform you of the current status of our Shenzhen factory as outlined below.
Workforce Deployment Rate
95% of our personnel are present. (Some employees from Hubei Province are absent.)
Factory Operating Rate
Currently operating at 75% of full capacity. We are aiming for 100% by the end of this month.
Status of Suppliers
Due to factory reopenings and labor shortages at various suppliers, delivery delays are occurring across a wide range of parts, including both electronic and mechanical components.
Future Outlook
We believe it will still take some time for a complete return to normalcy, including the entire supply chain. We sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience and ask for your patience as we do our utmost to resume full operations as soon as possible.
