We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage.
We would like to inform you of the current status of our Shenzhen factory as of March 13.
Employee Attendance Rate
95% of our employees are currently reporting to work. (Some employees from Hubei Province are absent.)
Factory Operating Rate
Currently operating at 75% of full capacity, with the goal of reaching 100% by the end of this month.
Status of Suppliers
Due to the delayed reopening of suppliers' factories and reduced operating rates caused by labor shortages, delivery delays are occurring across a wide range of parts (including both electronic and mechanical components).
Future Outlook
We believe that it will still take considerable time for full normalization, including the supply chain. We sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience and will make every effort to return to normal operating capacity as soon as possible. We kindly ask for your continued understanding and patience.
