(Current Information) Status of Our Factory
This page provides information about the current status of our factory.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.
As of March 13, we would like to inform you of the current status of our Shenzhen factory as outlined below.
Attendance rate of personnel
95% of our personnel are currently on duty. (Some employees from Hubei Province are absent.)
Factory operation rate
Currently operating at 75% of full capacity, aiming for 100% by the end of this month.
Status of each supplier
Due to the delayed reopening of supplier factories and labor shortages, delivery delays are occurring across a wide range of parts (both electronic and mechanical components).
Outlook
We expect that a considerable amount of time will still be needed for the complete normalization of the supply chain. We sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience, and kindly ask for your understanding as we are making every effort to return to normal operation rates as soon as possible.
