Notice of the implementation of a temporary work system due to the declaration of a state of emergency

This page provides information regarding the temporary work arrangements at our Tokyo headquarters and Osaka office in response to the state of emergency declared due to the novel coronavirus.

In response to the state of emergency declarations and requests to refrain from going out issued by the government to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will, for the time being, implement remote work (telework) in principle for all employees except some at the Tokyo head office and Osaka branch.

Telephone support may not operate as smoothly as usual. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but in such cases, please use the inquiry page below.
