In response to the government's declaration of a state of emergency and request for self-restraint to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will be implementing remote work (telecommuting) for the time being at our Tokyo headquarters and Osaka sales office, in principle, except for certain employees.

Please note that phone support may not be as smooth as usual. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask that you use the inquiry page below in such cases.

The information entered in the above inquiry form is checked even during remote work. In case of an emergency and if you are unable to reach us by phone, please contact us via the inquiry form. If necessary, a sales representative will call you directly. Please rest assured.

We will revise our measures as needed, depending on information from the government and local authorities.
