The VN 60W B Series is a 60W desktop-type AC/DC adapter designed for charging lithium batteries used in e-bikes and charging equipment. It complies with the safety standard 62368-1 and PSE Appendix Table 8. Two models are available with 14.3V and 16.8V outputs, and three types are offered: VNI360 B (I plug), VNB360 B (B plug), and VNC360 B (C plug).

Featuring a safe and highly efficient charging design compatible with CC/CV charging mode, it is ideal for e-bikes and other lithium battery-powered charging equipment. Models compliant with the European Ecodesign Directive (ErP Lot7) are available, offering an environmentally conscious design. All models feature energy-saving performance with no-load power consumption of 0.21W.

1) Supports CC/CV Charging Mode and Lithium Battery Charging for E-bikes

This desktop-type AC/DC adapter features a safe and highly efficient charging design compatible with CC (Constant Current) / CV (Constant Voltage) charging mode. It is optimized as a charging power supply for devices equipped with lithium batteries, including e-bikes and charging equipment. It complies with the ICT equipment safety standard 62368-1, making it suitable for information and communication technology equipment and audio-visual equipment. 2) High Efficiency 88% Design for Safe Charging

All models achieve 88.00% efficiency. Charging control via CC/CV mode prevents overcharging and supports the safe charging of lithium batteries. LPS (Limited Power Source) certification is also supported.

3) ErP Lot7 Compliant Models Available

Models compliant with ErP Lot7 under the European Ecodesign Directive are available. They also comply with EU Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1782 and DOE 10 CFR Part 429 and 430, broadly covering regulatory requirements for products in the North American and European markets.

4) EMC Standards for ICT Equipment (CISPR 32, EN55035, BS EN55032, BS EN55035)

EMC standards comply with CE CISPR 32 EN55032, BS EN 55032 (Emission), EN 55035, and BS EN 55035 (Immunity) for ICT equipment. Also compliant with FCC Part15 Class B and VCCI Class B. Compliance with BS EN standards supports certification acquisition for products intended for the UK market.

5) Two Output Voltage Models and Three Types for E-bike Charging

Two output voltage models, 14.3V and 16.8V, ideal for charging lithium batteries in e-bikes, are available. Three types are offered: VNI360 B (inline I plug), VNB360 B (B plug), and VNC360 B (C plug). Dimensions are 113.50 x 36.30 x 54.00mm for VNI360 B and VNB360 B, and 116.30 x 36.30 x 54.00mm for VNC360 B.
