The UXAAP 50W Series is a high-efficiency 50W DC-DC power module for industrial equipment. Compliant with safety standards 62368-1 and 60950-1. It offers one model with 3.3V/15A output from a DC input of 36-72V (standard 48V) and supports a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +60°C.
This DC-DC power module combines stability, high efficiency, and a wide temperature range. It achieves a maximum efficiency of 85% and is equipped with three protection circuits: short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection, and overcurrent protection. It complies with EMC standards EN55011 Class A and EN55032 Class A required for industrial applications.

1) Wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +60°C
This DC-DC power module achieves a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +60°C (at 50W operation). The storage temperature range also supports -45°C to +100°C, making it suitable for industrial applications with severe temperature variations, such as outdoor equipment, factory control devices, and in-vehicle peripheral equipment. Ripple and noise are separately specified for -20°C to +50°C and for the low-temperature range of -40°C to -20°C, ensuring stable operation across a wide temperature range.
2) Maximum efficiency of 85% and wide DC36-72V input range
A high-efficiency design achieving a maximum efficiency of 85%. It supports a wide input range of DC36-72V (standard 48V), allowing direct power supply from 48V industrial bus systems. With a 3.3V/15A output, it is ideal for supplying power to on-board embedded devices and IoT equipment requiring low voltage and high current.
3) Equipped with three protection circuits: short-circuit, overvoltage, and overcurrent
Short-circuit protection (SCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), and overcurrent protection (OCP) are built in to prevent equipment damage caused by load abnormalities or wiring errors. It ensures the high reliability and safety required for industrial equipment and is suitable for integration into systems requiring long-term continuous operation.
4) EMC compliance for industrial equipment (EN55011, EN55032, CISPR32 Class A)
Compliant with industrial emission standards EN55011 Class A, EN55032 Class A, CISPR32 Class A, FCC Class A, and VCCI Class A. Also compliant with immunity standard N55024/A1:2001.
