The UXAAP 50W Series is a high-efficiency 50W DC-DC power module for industrial equipment. It complies with safety standards 62368-1 and 60950-1. The lineup includes one model with a DC input of 36~72V (standard 48V) and a 3.3V/15A output, supporting a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +60°C.
This DC-DC power module combines stability, high efficiency, and a wide temperature range. This DC-DC power module achieves a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +60°C (at 50W operation). The storage temperature range supports -45°C to +100°C, making it suitable for industrial applications with significant temperature fluctuations, such as outdoor equipment, factory control systems, and peripheral automotive devices. Ripple and noise are separately specified for -20°C to +50°C and the low-temperature range of -40°C to -20°C, ensuring stable operation across a wide temperature range.
2) Maximum Efficiency of 85% and Wide DC36~72V Input Range
Designed for high efficiency with a maximum efficiency of 85%. The input voltage supports a wide DC36~72V range (standard 48V), allowing direct power supply from 48V industrial bus systems. With a 3.3V/15A output, it is ideal for powering onboard embedded devices and IoT equipment that require low voltage and high current.
3) Equipped with Three Protection Circuits: SCP, OVP, and OCP
Short-circuit protection (SCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), and overcurrent protection (OCP) are built in to prevent equipment damage caused by load abnormalities or wiring errors.
