The ULVU 18W Series is a compact, high-efficiency constant voltage (CV) output LED driver (18W) wall-mount type designed for LED lighting applications. It complies with the LED lighting safety standard 61347-1, as well as 62368-1, 60065-1, 60950-1 for ICT equipment and PSE requirements. Four models are available from 12V to 24V, with nine types in the lineup: ULVUU3018, ULVUL3018, ULVUZ3018, ULVUE3018, ULVUR3018, ULVUA3018, ULVUK3018, ULVUF3018, and ULVUG3018.
Power factor correction (PFC) design compliant with IEC 61000-3-2 harmonic regulations and the Japan Lighting Manufacturers Association harmonic current regulations meets the power quality requirements specific to LED lighting equipment. In addition to standard CV mode, customization for CC/CV mode, CC-only mode, LED stands, and LED fluorescent lamps is also supported. All models achieve 85% efficiency and low no-load power consumption of 0.3W for energy-saving performance.

1) Dedicated design for LED lighting, compliant with 61347-1
This wall-mount power supply for LED lighting complies with the dedicated LED driver safety standard IEC 61347-1. It also supports 62368-1, 60065-1, 60950-1 for ICT equipment, making it suitable for a wide range of lighting equipment including LED luminaires, LED stands, and LED fluorescent lamps. 2) IEC 61000-3-2 harmonic regulation compliance, Japan Lighting Manufacturers Association compliance, with built-in PFC
Compliant with IEC 61000-3-2 harmonic regulations applicable to all LED lighting equipment over 5W and up to 25W. It also supports the harmonic current regulations established by the Japan Lighting Manufacturers Association covering all lighting equipment of 5W or more, including LED devices. Equipped with a power factor correction (PFC) circuit, it ensures a power factor of 0.75 or higher at both AC100V and AC230V input. Stable power quality is achieved by meeting harmonic current requirements (THD <= 70%, controlling the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, and 11th harmonics within specified limits).
3) Standard CV mode support, CC/CV and other customization available
Standard support for CV (constant voltage) mode ensures stable LED operation. In addition, semi-custom options such as CC/CV mode, CC-only mode, for LED stands, and for LED fluorescent lamps are available to flexibly meet various LED lighting design requirements. 4) EMC compliance for LED lighting (CISPR 15, EN61547, BS EN55015, BS EN61547)
Compliant with emission standards for LED lighting equipment CISPR 15, BS EN55015 and immunity standards EN61547, BS EN61547. Also compliant with FCC-B and VCCI-B. Comprehensive EMC compliance including EN55032, EN61000-3-2/3-3, and the EN61000-4 series ensures electromagnetic compatibility required for lighting equipment.
5) 85% efficiency for all models, universal input, 9 plug types available
All four models from 12V to 24V achieve 85.0% efficiency. With universal input support for AC90-264V, they can be used in power environments worldwide. Nine types are available: ULVUU3018 (U plug), ULVUL3018 (L plug), ULVUZ3018 (Z plug), ULVUE3018 (E plug), ULVUR3018 (R plug), ULVUA3018 (A plug), ULVUK3018 (K plug), ULVUF3018 (F plug), and ULVUG3018 (G plug), supporting global market deployment.
