The ULVU 5W Series is a compact, high-efficiency constant voltage (CV) output LED driver (5W) designed for LED lighting applications in a wall-mount configuration. It complies with LED lighting safety standard 61347-1, as well as 62368-1, 60065-1, 60950-1 for ICT equipment and PSE requirements. Available in 12V and 24V models, the lineup includes five types: ULVUU3005 (U plug), ULVUE3005 (E plug), ULVUK3005 (K plug), ULVUA3005 (A plug), and ULVUZ3005 (Z plug).
Designed with power factor correction (PFC) compliant with IEC 61000-3-2 harmonic regulations, it meets the power quality requirements specific to LED lighting equipment. In addition to the standard CV mode, customization is available for CC/CV mode, CC-only mode, LED stands, and LED fluorescent lamps. It features up to 80% efficiency and low no-load power consumption of 0.3W.

1) Dedicated Design for LED Lighting, Compliant with 61347-1
This wall-mount power supply for LED lighting complies with the dedicated LED driver safety standard IEC 61347-1. It also supports 62368-1, 60065-1, 60950-1 for ICT equipment, making it suitable for a wide range of lighting equipment including LED luminaires, LED stands, and LED fluorescent lamps. 2) IEC 61000-3-2 Harmonic Compliance with Built-in PFC
Compliant with IEC 61000-3-2 harmonic regulations applicable to all LED lighting equipment rated over 5W and up to 25W. It also conforms to harmonic current regulations established by the Japan Lighting Manufacturers Association for all lighting equipment rated 5W or higher, including LED devices. Equipped with a PFC circuit, it ensures a power factor of 0.72 or higher at both AC100V and AC230V input. Stable power quality is achieved with harmonic current control (THD ≤ 70%, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, and 11th harmonics within specified limits).
3) Standard CV Mode with CC/CV and Other Custom Options
Supports CV (constant voltage) mode as standard to ensure stable LED operation. Semi-custom options are available including CC/CV mode, CC-only mode, configurations for LED stands, and LED fluorescent lamps, enabling flexible support for various LED lighting design requirements. 4) EMC Compliance for LED Lighting (CISPR 15, EN61547, BS EN55015, BS EN61547)
Compliant with emission standards for LED lighting equipment CISPR 15, BS EN55015 and immunity standards EN61547, BS EN61547. Also supports FCC-B and VCCI-B. Comprehensive EMC compliance including EN55032, EN61000-3-2/3-3, and the EN61000-4 series ensures electromagnetic compatibility required for lighting equipment.
5) Compact, Lightweight, Universal Input, Available in 5 Plug Types
Supports universal input of AC90-264V, enabling use worldwide. Featuring a compact and lightweight design, it is available in five types: ULVUU3005 (U plug), ULVUE3005 (E plug), ULVUK3005 (K plug), ULVUA3005 (A plug), and ULVUZ3005 (Z plug), supporting global market deployment. Maximum efficiency is 80% with no-load power consumption of 0.3W.
