The UxOAT 300W Series (UxOAT3300) is an embedded AC-DC switching power supply (open-frame / board-mounted power supply) for industrial equipment. With a Compact 3"×5" board size, this series is designed to facilitate power supply selection and evaluation for installation inside enclosures.
Key requirements for mass production design - such as efficiency (up to 92%), PFC (power factor), emission/immunity, and protection circuits (short circuit/overvoltage/overcurrent/Brown In/Brown Out) - are well organized, making it easy to confirm adoption requirements (safety standards vary by model category).
| UNIFIVE is chosen because: As a power supply manufacturer with over 35 years of development experience, we provide comprehensive support from specification review for mass production adoption to certification acquisition, mass production launch, and post-production follow-up. Based on standard products, we offer flexible supply from small-lot prototyping and evaluation to small- and medium-scale production, as well as large-volume production. We also support semi-custom solutions and assist with power supply selection from the specification review stage for mass production adoption. |
Key Features
1) 300W Class × Compact 3"×5" Embedded Power Supply
Designed as a standard embedded power supply for industrial equipment, featuring a PCB Size 3"×5" compact design. It allows easy organization and evaluation of power requirements based on in-enclosure mounting conditions. An ideal series for replacement from existing models.
2) Technical Standards and Protection Circuits
This series is structured so that applicable safety standards differ by model category (M/H/N) (please contact our sales office for details on each model's safety standards). Protection circuits include short-circuit protection/overvoltage protection/overcurrent protection/Brown In/Brown Out protection.
3) Efficiency and PFC (Power Factor)
Efficiency reaches up to 92%. Power factor (PFC) specifications are also provided for organizing input-side conditions (ACIN100V: 0.95, ACIN230V: 0.9).
4) EMC (Emission)
Compliant with FCC (Part15-B/Part18-B), CE (EN(CISPR)55032-B/55011-B/55014-B), and BS EN (55032/55011/55014-1) (conditions apply when an AC inlet filter is installed in the user's metal enclosure).
5) Immunity
Based on requirements such as EN55035/BS EN 55035, EN60601-1-2/BS EN60601-1-2, and EN55014-2/BS EN55014-2, the unit complies with immunity items EN61000-4-2/-3/-4/-5/-6/-8/-11.
6) Derating Information for Forced Air Cooling (>20.5CFM)/Natural Convection
Derating curves are provided for both natural convection (Free Convection) and forced air cooling (>20.5CFM), supporting thermal design and mounting condition evaluation within enclosures.
Effective Implementation Cases
- When a 300W-class embedded power supply is required and selection is based on space-saving 3"×5" mounting
- High efficiency (up to 92%) is prioritized, and power requirements including heat generation and power conditions must be organized
- When considering adoption while organizing input-side conditions (voltage/frequency), including PFC (power factor)
- When organizing protection requirements including Brown In/Out to reduce operational risk due to input fluctuations
- When selecting a power supply in EMC design in accordance with emission requirements (FCC/EN(CISPR)/BS EN, etc.)
- When evaluating adoption based on derating, considering differences between forced air and natural convection conditions
- When organizing power supply conditions including equipment-side operating requirements such as installation altitude, OVC III, and SEMI F47
