The UNOWT 100W Series is an open-frame power supply (PCB power supply) for internal equipment integration in industrial devices. Based on a compact 2.4"x6.1" class board size, it is structured as a standard series that makes power selection easier while considering mounting conditions.
Equipped with protection circuits (short circuit/overvoltage/overcurrent) and compliant with Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE), emissions (FCC/EN(CISPR)/BS EN), and immunity (EN55035, EN61000-4-x), you can verify power requirements necessary for mass production design based on specifications. Options such as chassis/cover, remote ON/OFF, and output voltage adjustment (±10%) are available, enabling configuration according to operating conditions.

In addition to the standard board (UNOWT3100), configurations can be selected according to mounting and operational requirements, including chassis-mounted (UNBWT3100), chassis with cover (UNSWT3100), and with or without remote ON/OFF. As a market-standard product, it is also ideal for replacing existing models.

Compliant with 62368-1 and 100V-240V standards (model-specific conditions must be confirmed). Equipped with short circuit/overvoltage/overcurrent protection circuits.
3) High-Efficiency Design (Energy Efficiency Level VI)
Supports Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE) efficiency requirements, enabling selection based on Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1782 and DOE 10 CFR part 429 and 430 requirements.
4) EMC (Emissions)
Emissions comply with FCC Part15-B/EN(CISPR)55032-B/BS EN 55032.
5) Immunity (Resistance)

6) Derating and Mounting Information Useful for Installation and Thermal Design
Provides derating information based on mounting orientation (A-F) and cooling conditions (natural convection/forced air cooling >15CFM), as well as output derating relative to input voltage, useful for evaluating thermal design and mounting conditions inside enclosures.
