The UNOWT 100W Series is an open-frame power supply (board power supply) designed for integration into industrial equipment. It is structured as a standard series that makes it easy to select a power supply based on mounting conditions, assuming a compact 2.4"x6.1" class board size.
Equipped with protection circuits (short circuit / overvoltage / overcurrent), and meeting power supply requirements such as Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP / DoE), emissions (FCC / EN(CISPR) / BS EN), and immunity (EN55035, EN61000-4-x) based on specifications for mass production design review. It also offers options such as chassis / cover, remote ON/OFF selection, and output voltage adjustment (±10%), allowing for configurations tailored to operating conditions.

1) Standard series in compact 2.4"x6.1" (chassis / cover / remote ON/OFF options)
In addition to the standard board (UNOWT3100), options such as with chassis (UNBWT3100), with chassis and cover (UNSWT3100), and with or without remote ON/OFF are available depending on implementation / operation conditions. It is optimal for replacement with existing standard market products.
2) Technical standards and protection circuits
Compliant with technical standards 62368-1 and 100V-240V (model-specific conditions must be confirmed). Equipped with short circuit protection, overvoltage protection, and overcurrent protection.
3) High-efficiency design (Energy Efficiency Level VI)
Meets efficiency requirements of Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP / DoE), allowing selection based on Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1782 and DOE 10 CFR part 429 and 430.
4) EMC (emissions)
Emissions compliance with FCC Part15-B / EN(CISPR)55032-B / BS EN 55032.
5) Immunity (resilience)
Compliant with EN55035 / BS EN 55035, with resistance specifications including EN61000-4-2 / -3 / -4 / -5 / -6 / -8 / -11.
6) Derating / mounting information for installation and thermal design considerations
Provides derating information for mounting orientation (A to F) and cooling conditions (natural air cooling / forced air cooling >15CFM), as well as output derating based on input voltage, which can be utilized in reviewing thermal and installation conditions within enclosures.
