The UNOWT 100W Series is an open-frame power supply (board-mounted power supply) for built-in equipment applications in industrial devices. Based on a compact 2.4"x6.1" class board size, it is structured as a standard series that facilitates power supply selection in consideration of mounting conditions.
Equipped with protection circuits (short circuit/overvoltage/overcurrent) and compliant with Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE), emissions (FCC/EN(CISPR)/BS EN), and immunity (EN55035, EN61000-4-x), the specifications allow you to verify power requirements necessary for mass production design. Options such as chassis/cover, remote ON/OFF, and output voltage adjustment (±10%) are available to configure according to operating conditions.

1) Compact 2.4"x6.1" Standard Series (Chassis/Cover/Remote ON/OFF Options)
In addition to the standard board (UNOWT3100), configurations can be selected according to mounting and operational requirements, including models with chassis (UNBWT3100), chassis + cover (UNSWT3100), and with or without remote ON/OFF. As a market-standard product, it is also ideal for replacing existing units.
2) Technical Standards and Protection Circuits
Compliant with 62368-1 and 100V-240V standards (model-specific conditions to be confirmed). Equipped with short circuit, overvoltage, and overcurrent protection.
3) High Efficiency Design (Energy Efficiency Level VI)
Meets Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE) requirements and can be selected in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1782 and DOE 10 CFR part 429 and 430.
4) EMC (Emissions)
Emissions compliant with FCC Part15-B/EN(CISPR)55032-B/BS EN 55032.
5) Immunity
Immunity compliant with EN55035/BS EN 55035, including EN61000-4-2/-3/-4/-5/-6/-8/-11.
6) Derating and Mounting Information for Installation and Thermal Design
Provides derating information based on mounting orientation (A-F) and cooling conditions (natural convection/forced air >15CFM), as well as output derating relative to input voltage, supporting enclosure thermal and mounting design considerations.
