The UNOWT 100W Series is an open-frame power supply (board-type) designed for industrial equipment. It is a standard series that simplifies power supply selection based on installation conditions, assuming a compact 2.4"×6.1" class board size.
Equipped with protection circuits (short circuit / over-voltage / over-current), it complies with Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP / DoE), emissions (FCC / EN(CISPR) / BS EN), and immunity (EN55035, EN61000-4-x), allowing verification of key power supply requirements during mass production design. You can also consider configurations based on operational conditions, including chassis / cover, remote ON / OFF options, and output voltage adjustment (±10%).

1) Standard series in compact 2.4"×6.1" form (chassis / cover / remote ON/OFF options)
In addition to the standard board (UNOWT3100), variations include chassis-attached (UNBWT3100), chassis + cover attached (UNSWT3100), as well as with or without remote ON / OFF, allowing configuration selection according to installation and operation requirements. As it is a market-standard product, it is also ideal for replacing existing models.
2) Technical standards and protection circuits
The product complies with technical standards 62368-1 and 100V-240V (requirements vary by model). It is equipped with short circuit, over-voltage, and over-current protection circuits.
3) High-efficiency design (Energy Efficiency Level VI)
Compliant with Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP / DoE), allowing selection based on Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1782 and DOE 10 CFR part 429 and 430 efficiency requirements.
4) EMC (Emissions)
Complies with FCC Part15-B, EN(CISPR)55032-B, BS EN 55032.
5) Immunity
Compliant with EN55035 / BS EN 55035, and includes immunity items EN61000-4-2 / -3 / -4 / -5 / -6 / -8 / -11.
6) Derating / mounting information for installation and thermal design considerations
Derating information based on mounting positions (A–F) and cooling conditions (natural / forced air cooling >15CFM) and derating relative to input voltage are provided, supporting design considerations for thermal design and installation conditions inside equipment housings.
