The UNOWT 75W Series (UNOWT3075) is an open-frame power supply (board-mounted PSU) designed for industrial equipment. Assuming a compact 2"×6" class configuration, it is built as a standard series that supports easy power supply selection based on mounting conditions.
Equipped with protection circuits (short-circuit / overvoltage / overcurrent), it allows verification of key power supply requirements for mass production design—such as Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP / DoE), emissions (FCC / EN(CISPR) / BS EN), and immunity standards (EN55035, EN61000-4-x).

1) Standard series in compact 2"×6" size (with options for chassis / cover / remote ON/OFF)
In addition to the standard board, you can choose configurations such as with chassis, chassis + cover, and with or without remote ON/OFF, depending on mounting and operation conditions. Since it is a market-standard product, it is also ideal for replacing existing units.
2) Technical standards and protection circuits
Complies with technical standards 62368-1 and input voltage range of 100V-240V (contact us for safety standard details). Protection circuits include short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection, and overcurrent protection.
3) Efficiency
Supports Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP / DoE) and can be selected based on the requirements of Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1782 and DOE 10 CFR part 429 and 430.
4) EMC (emissions)
Meets emission standards FCC Part15-B, EN(CISPR)55032-B, and BS EN 55032.
5) Immunity
Complies with EN55035 and BS EN 55035 immunity standards, as well as EN61000-4-2/-3/-4/-5/-6/-8/-11 resistance items.
6) Derating information based on mounting method and cooling conditions
Includes derating curves (for reference) based on forced air cooling (>15 CFM) and natural cooling, and details on mounting orientations (A to F), useful for planning thermal design and mounting conditions inside enclosures.
